Adella Demou Trainee

Adella began her career in marketing, where she developed a sharp eye for detail, strong organisational skills, and a reflective mindset; qualities she now brings on set. After training as a Camera Trainee with MAMA Youth Project at Sky and Garden Studios, she further expanded her experience through Disney Crew Academy at Pinewood Studios and the NFTS.

Her credits span across Commercials, Documentary, and Television; most recently as a Camera Trainee on 'Later... With Jools Holland'. Adella has gained practical experience in rigging, cable bashing, managing batteries/talkbacks, supporting craft runs and has built a reliable on-set kit featuring industry essentials.

Her interest in DIT blossomed after capturing and editing BTS stills and event footage (Lightroom/Premiere Pro). This sparked a passion for colour grading and digital workflows, which has led her to explore the world of DIT and Video. Now stepping into a new pivotal season with Digital Orchard, Adella is keen to deepen her practical and software knowledge, learn from industry professionals, and contribute to the creative/technical process behind HETV and Film. She is especially intrigued by the storytelling power of colour and the collaborative nature of video in distributing the visual language of a project.
