Video Operator
From Cardiff, Wales, Tom has been part of the TV and Film industry since graduating with a Media Technology degree from University of South Wales in 2018. He has always had a passion for the technical side of the industry. Beginning his TV career as a Floor Runner, he has been working consistently in the industry and has worked his way up in multiple departments on a variety of different productions in both the drama and factual TV.
After getting an opportunity as hot head operator early on in his career, Tom proved himself capable within a technical role and has sought such positions ever since. With experience as a camera trainee, DIT assistant and video assistant Tom knew this is where his passion lay. In 2021, Tom joined the Digital Orchard bringing his professionalism and on set experience to the video team.
