Meet Adella - starting her journey in marketing, she brought her sharp eye for detail and strong organisational skills straight to set. From training as a Camera Trainee with MAMA Youth Project at Sky and Garden Studios to gaining hands-on experience at Disney Crew Academy (Pinewood) and the NFTS, she’s built a solid foundation across Commercials, Documentaries, and TV - most recently on Later... With Jools Holland

🌟On set, Adella has developed a well-rounded skill set: rigging, cable bashing, battery/talkback management, and crafting a reliable on-set kit. Her curiosity for the DIT world grew after editing BTS content, sparking a love for colour grading and digital workflows. Learning from industry professionals has deepened her practical and software knowledge, and she’s eager to keep growing through hands-on experience in fast-paced environments

Now stepping into a new season with Digital Orchard, Adella is diving deeper into the world of DIT & Video. She’s passionate about the storytelling power of colour and excited to contribute to the creative - from setting strong foundations to supporting the visual narrative through hands-on, technical precision 🎬

Adella thrives in the collaborative nature of video, appreciating how it helps shape and distribute the visual language of a project!
