Last week, we were invited to attend The Production Guild of Great Britain’s Talent Showcase, celebrating the incredible work in the UK’s Film & TV industry to foster a more inclusive workforce 🌟
Hosted by the wonderful Ria Hebden, it was fantastic to hear from industry panelists like Peace Sogunro, Nick Bedu, Ameenah Ayub Allen, Matt Longley and Rowena Smith about the importance of an inclusive production industry
🙌 This initiative is a core part of Digital Orchard’s Foundation, our key advocacy and networking initiative focused on promoting and supporting under-represented groups in the industry. For the second consecutive year, we have launched our Access: DIT & Video Trainee Scheme, with demand surging, prompting our sister company and diary service Orchard Crew to start their Camera Trainee Scheme
We had a great time at the event and encourage others to explore any exciting, inclusive initiatives shaping Film & TV’s future!
