We’re excited to introduce our Access 2025: DIT & Video Trainees via Orchard Onset - welcome Cleopatra Southcombe, Lorna McCoid, Monika Sak, Jack Lightfoot, Adella Demou, and James Lau! 🎥
For the second year in a row, our Access: 2025 Trainee Scheme has seen huge demand, with SIX times more applications than last year! Founded in 2024 by Olivia Fitzsimons, Head of Bookings, it bridges the gap for new DIT & Video technicians, offering expert guidance on key topics like on-set etiquette, rates and negotiation, mentorship, and ongoing support to help trainees build confidence and navigate their careers successfully
