It was great to bring the team together - giving trainees the chance to connect, ask questions, and learn from experienced crew. DIT & Video trainees are supported by Head of Bookings Olivia Fitzsimons, while Camera Trainees benefit from the guidance of Diary Service Manager Hannah Drew - both helping shape the next wave of on-set talent
🎥 DO Trainee Adella Demou @demou.productions shared, ‘I love Digital Orchard’s balanced approach in the workshops; the theory really emphasises the ‘why’ behind everything, from safety and etiquette to the history of the craft. I found practical side gave valuable hands-on experience with the ‘how’. I can’t wait to keep learning and am excited to apply it all on set’
