Szymon Wyrzykowski Digital Imaging Technician
Szymon has been working as part of the DIT department since 2019. Initially a Lab Technician, he moved onset in 2021 and has since worked on Film and Television productions as a DIT on a mixture of series, HETV, and Major Motion Pictures. His highlights most recently include Beetlejuice Beetlejuice, Suspect: The Shooting of Jean Charles de Menezes, and Treason.
Szymon is predominantly interested in translating the Cinematographer’s vision during prep and image acquisition all the way to final stages of post-production, working closely with the Cinematographer throughout. His expertise extends to VFX supervision, the use of infrared and thermal imagery, and implementation of artificial intelligence into new workflows.
