Nathan Snoddy Digital Imaging Technician

Nathan studied film at university, learning about 16mm, before leaving to train as an in-house camera technician at a rental facility. Here he would routinely set up cameras and walk DOPs, operators and AC’s through new equipment, technologies and workflows. Through these early experiences, Nathan learned the language and communication skills needed to lead him to the position of DIT. His technological know-how and creative intuitions have made him a valuable member of the camera department.

He has worked with multiple DOPs on their first features and formed strong relationships with creatives who want to focus primarily on telling their stories. Excited by projects both big and small he aspires to work closely with ambitious cinematographers, eager to push the boundaries of new technologies in exciting and creative ways.
