Joe Dibble Digital Imaging Technician
Joe began his career as a Camera Trainee and Clapper Loader before becoming DIT Assist on a number of feature films, including I Give It A Year, Maleficent and Guardians Of The Galaxy
His next step was working as a Lab Operator and Dailies Colourist where he developed a passion for colour grading, and utilised numerous grading platforms and techniques to accurately realise the cinematographer’s vision in the dailies
This work quickly led Joe back on set as a DIT where he was able to combine his knowledge of cameras, workflows and colour
As a DIT, Joe now works on feature films and HETV as the Main Unit DIT, including projects such as The Peripheral, The Diplomat and Silo S2
Joe’s approach has always been to be empathetic toward the cinematographer, supportive to the camera department and responsive to the unique needs of the production
