Ben Saffer Digital Imaging Technician
Ben began his career in film in 2011, working on independent productions before transitioning to high-end projects like Black Mirror, No Time to Die, Avenue 5, and Silo. As a highly experienced on-set DIT, Ben has been integral to developing the modern DIT role, collaborating closely with cinematographers on look development and workflow design. His work ensures the visual identity of projects is maintained from prep through post, accurately realising the cinematographer's vision on screen.
Ben is also an expert in mini-cams and specialist rigs, creating bespoke solutions tailored to the unique demands of each production. His extensive technical knowledge, combined with strong relationships with leading camera and lens manufacturers, places him at the forefront of developing cutting-edge innovations that push the boundaries of high-end TV and film.
